The Procedure for Re-KYC
  • No Change in KYC information
    Through SMS

    Re-KYC through SMS: Customers can send a SMS to 8277892004 from their registered mobile number (only) in the following SMS format if there is no change in address of your KYC Information/KYC document

    SMS Format:
    REKYC < space > < Customer ID or Account Number >

    For Example :
    REKYC 1234567890

    Through Mobile Banking and Internet Banking
    • Whether there is no change in your KYC Information/KYC document Select appropriate Option.
    • Click On Proceed then Click ON Confirm.
    At any branch of the Bank

    In case of no change in the KYC information, a self-declaration from the customer in this regard shall be obtained by way of a letter.

  • Change in address

    In case of a change in the address details of the customer, customers shall provide copy of Officially Valid Document (OVD) or deemed OVD or the equivalent e- documents thereof, for the purpose of proof of address, declared by the customer at the time of periodic updation.
